What's required to register as a Professional Service Provider?
- • The company must be properly registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and hold approved F-tax status
- • The person registering the account must be authorized to represent and bind the company (e.g. authorized signatory, CEO, or through a power of attorney)
- • The company must hold relevant permits and certifications for the operations carried out
- • The company must have valid business and liability insurance covering the operations
- • The company is solely responsible for invoicing, bookkeeping and VAT reporting related to compensation received via Whiply
